There is an urgent need to address the teacher wellbeing crisis that is gripping many teachers within the province, across the country and around the globe. Teacher well-being is an urgent concern as the wellbeing of the teacher impacts the well-being of the students. The aim of this study is to develop an understanding of the perspectives of teachers who engage in regular physical activity and subsequent implications on teacher well-being. Using a qualitative case study approach, I will engage participants in interviews, journaling, and as well use division document analysis. The aim of this case study is to understand the perspectives of the participants, but the overarching themes may prove useful in a broader context.
